Abstract
The presentation will highlight the need for integrated function development and component development in product development in order to master future challenges.
The challenges that such a change entails are highlighted, especially for an OEM that has not emerged on the greenfield.
Finally, it is shown which processes, methods and systems can be used to support this change.
Agenda:
1. the challenge: simplifying business vs. system of system
2. requirement-management as the key of function development but also for nonfunctional requirement
3. V-Model maintains its importance and is not a contradiction to Agile
4. MBSE as a central method between functions- and component development
5. the challenge for this change
6. SEAMLESS is necessary for the change
